Your gift can be made in honor of or in memory of someone you care about.

Gifts of Stock

Giving appreciated stock you’ve held for more than a year can provide a double benefit:

• Avoid capital gains taxes

• Receive an income tax deduction for the full market value

We make this process easy. Just contact us for transfer instructions.

Mutual Funds

You can also give shares of mutual funds. Contact us in advance so we can coordinate with your financial advisor.

Real Estate

Donating appreciated property, like a house, farmland, or undeveloped land, can be a powerful way to give. These gifts require advance review and may take additional time, so let’s start the conversation early.

Business Interests

Do you own part of a business, LLC, or closely held corporation? It may be possible to contribute an interest in your business, subject to legal and financial review. We’ll work closely with you and your advisors to explore this option.

Restricted or Closely Held Stock

In some cases, you may be able to donate restricted or privately held stock. These gifts are subject to review and must meet regulatory and financial guidelines.
