The Eastern Shore of Virginia Community Foundation is a local, nonprofit organization which, through affiliation with the Hampton Roads Community Foundation, creates and provides philanthropic resources to meet a broad range of needs. ESVCF unrestricted funds focus on six areas for grant funding: Family, Child and Social Welfare; Public and Civic Life; Arts and Culture; Education; Health; and the Environment.

Through these key areas the Foundation strives to strengthen the fabric of the Eastern Shore and to reflect the diverse interests of donors.
